  usually have good bagels but the lady in the morning takes forever. was 3rd person in line and waited 15 mins to order a plain with creamcheese

  The night before I order a big platter of bagels with a tub of butter and a tub of cream cheese. The next morning I went to pick it up everything was correct .I had my baby son on one arm and I asked the gentleman can he help me with the platter of bagels to my car he actually told me no sorry slammed the register and walked away I was so upset and bothered by this . The car was the first car parked by their store He wasn’t even walking that far there were other gentleman’s there as well at least he could ask one of them. He actually saw me struggling . Very rude

  The service is very rushed. The lady helping me forgot to put my bagel in the bag, which I didn't realize until I almost reached home. Had to drive back. So she toasted a new bagel, but instead of spreading the butter she just put a huge slab of butter in one spot and wrapped it up. Imagine the mess of chunk of melted butter spilling in the bag by the time I got home. They try to be friendly here, but their hectic energy takes away from something so simple as getting a good breakfast.

  I find myself ordering from this spot when I am on that side of the island, but it’s only really bc I feel there aren’t many other places bagel/ breakfast opttions. Food is decent.Delivery takes forever....so if you are going to order for take out just keep that in mind. They do tell you in advance about delivery times as to set the expectation.

  Love everything about the place!! The bagels especially the everything bagel are great!! I get mine with vegetable cream cheese with tomato and bacon. Love the prosciutto bread too!! And to all the people who work there you are the best!! Diana, the owner is wonderful.Thank you!!❤
