  The staff are rude and extremely slow. During my last visit the employee behind the counter told me that the bathroom is out of order. Considering the time of the day ( it was around 9 PM), it's very likely that the staff had closed the bathroom for the day as they didn't feel like cleaning it again. No ice in the Ice maker. Dear Store Manager, Please ask the owner to send you back to McDonald's University and learn a thing or two about customer service.

  Service is veeeeeeeeeeeeeery slooooooooooooow! It was not even lunch time yet. There were just a few customers and it still took foreeeeeeeeeeever to place my order and and even longer to fill it. The soda fountain were as old as time. I've never seen a soda fountain that was dripping soda even when no one is pressing the button. My hand was sticky from trying to get my soda. The soda tasted horrible,which was a shame because the food actually tasted like it was freshly made (if fresh is even actually possible at McDonald's). I did not get any napkins. And don't EVEN get me started on the bathroom. The toilet paper was sitting on top of the garbage can. THE TOILET PAPER WAS SITTING ON TOP OF THE GARBAGE CAN. I was holding it for quite some time so this was an emergency. I had NO choice. GIRLS NEED TO WIPE! I don't want to wipe with anything from a garbage can. On top of all that, there was no soap in the dispenser. Out of all the other shenanigans, I think that was the worst part because at the very least I should have been able to leave with my HANDS clean! If you do decide to go here, do so at your OWN RISK and for Heavens sake BRING HAND SANITIZER! =(

  This is one of the worst McDonald’s I ever seen in my life! Stuff talking on the phone and making people food!! Place looks dirty and un sanitized!!!

  This Is an amazing McDonald’s! The food & customer service is excellent and the place is spotless and extremely clean! I would recommend them to everyone.

  This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The employees make you feel like you are a pest. When they talk to you they do not look at you, they look around the room. It's dirty. The food is the worst part by far. It's not like any McDonald's I have ever been to before. They don't have shakes. The burger tastes stale and even worse I got sick. While eating it I felt like my insides were getting poisoned and stopped before finishing even half of the burger. The fries weren't awful but nothing to speak of either. I got soda too. I went for the sprite and guess what came out. Highly carbonated, disgusting water. I am now sick at home because of this nightmare of a restaurant. Do not ever go here. There is a Wendy's a couple of blocks south or if you really want to go to McDonald's there is a much better one even further south. I don't understand how they stay open but I sure hope they get shut down really soon. I will never come back here again. I don't write reviews often so when I do it is because something is either amazing or terrible. I don't want to say bad things about this place but I really did get sick from eating here. I don't do it on a daily basis and eat very healthy food in fact but today I had little choice and decided to try it out. If you do like the restaurant I cannot say that I can understand why but don't let me stop you from going. I just hope you do not get sick like I did.
