  I had a consultation with a doctor there after I'd had oral surgery elsewhere. The doctors were nice and helpful. But it doesn't matter because the receptionist who told me her name was Anna was so mean to me. Tooth pain is just awful and I called asking for a follow up appt bc my pain kept up all night, which they didn't have available. I was nice the whole time but she just kept being mean to me. Through my tears, I said, why do you keep being mean? She told me that they saw me as a courtesy and she didn't have to help me. I paid $250. I said that and she told me she didn't have to put up with me and hung up on me. My bf called back bc I was in throbbing pain and sobbing. He calmly asked for a doctor to call back so I could at least ask why I was bleeding all night. They never called back bc this receptionist runs the office. So I give them a 2 bc it's not a helpful place when you're in dying tooth pain and the receptionist is mean and makes you never get to go back. And now I have to find another place to go and dole out more money.

  If I could give zero stars I would. First appointment waited an hour and a half for a five second consultation. The women in the office are nasty and unprofessional.... Argumentative.... I walked out.

  Dr. Hendi and his staff were very accommodating when I needed to be seen right away. Dr. Hendi is excellent!! He is very personable, and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this practice!

  I had 11 top teeth removed back in November by Dr. Hendi. I spoke with him about 2 months before. Had to wait to have denture made. Everything went great. I followed his directions afterwards and had no issues. I was very pleased.

  The staff are very courteous; they greet and attend to clients in a timely manner. I was treated by Dr. Spencer Howard who answered all my (many many) questions before scheduling a date to have comprehensive oral surgery. He offered me sound advice and even had a discussion with my primary dentist from a different office about my treatment plan. On the day of treatment everything went well and today at my follow-up visit Dr. Howard said I am recovering nicely. Overall I would highly recommend!
