::Came here to get an appraisal on a trailer for some title work and “Sunny” was the guy who helped me. He told me that the state makes them charge $100 for the appraisals but that was a bald face lie. Go anywhere else but here. Give me $80 of my money back and I’ll update this review.

::Great customer service! Mark took care of us and really did care about our safety and the quality of his work. Helped explain why he was doing something and why we needed to do something to our trailer. Probably will never go to another trailer store ever because of the customer service and satisfaction with their work.

::DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH NORTH TEXAS TRAILERS! I emailed them about getting a quote for a trailer I was looking for. The sales manager emailed me back and stated that they would not give me a quote because I sent the same email to multiple other trailer dealerships trying to get the best price. He stated that the little profit they would get would not be worth their time. I guess no profit is better then a little profit. Because other dealerships were kind enough to give me a quote I found that the trailer that I was looking for the price varied around $400-$500 between dealerships. If North Texas Trailers would of simply given me a quote they might of been the lowest price around and would of received my business. I wish I could go lower then one star on the review. Please do your business elsewhere and save you some money.

Even if I have trailer issues on the road, I always call them for guidance and they always assist! I Love this place. Sunny, Alan, Jason and their Techs are second to NONE. GREAT service and Great Prices that always Beat the competition.
