  You'll find everything you'd expect at the downtown Portland branch of Nordstrom - even a very small Chanel boutique on the second floor. I found this store very pleasant with attentive staff and a nice layout. They have a coffee bar out front for all your favourite Nordy drinks and treats as well.

  The cashier helped us out in making choices where to go for authentic seafood. The recommended restaurant was awesome! Jake Crawfish!

  I love coming to this store! Staff are attentive, section is fair, and location is good too. If you don't mind walking a couple blocks, you can always find a place to park. Personally, with Macy's downtown gone, I would rather see the high end designer corners of the store closed. Those vacant corners could be used for more selection of everything.

  Great selection, the sales people were great helping me find the specific products I was looking for! Everyone there was incredibly helpful in the clothing department and the cosmetic department! I felt very appreciated as a customer!

  I love Nordstrom! The employees here make me feel like royalty. I love the beauty counters and how informative and generous everyone is. My friend bought two Jo Malone perfumes and the cashier gave me samples of them!! She also stuffed my friend’s purchase with other samples. I was given a few samples of Kiehl’s products because I expressed my concern with my skin. Overall an amazing department store with focus on customers and making them happy! They even validate for downtown parking!
