  Well Clackamas Nordstrom, you’ve redeemed yourselves, finally 😂. I went in today looking for something special to wear to my 40 year class reunion. I looked and looked, but couldn’t find what I wanted. I decided to buy some makeup and while talking to the Chanel gal, I told her my dilemma. She asked me what I was looking for and she looked it up on her computer. We found the blouse, but not in my size..... Well, long story short...at the suggestion of a sweet gentleman, he told me to go back upstairs and ask the gals in top shop if they may have it. The wonderful woman, and I’m going to not spell her name right, Dinella, found it for me ❤️ I was ecstatic! Now, when I say you’ve redeemed yourselves, I mean that the last several times I’ve been in there, I’ve been ignored!! Not the Nordstrom I grew up with! But today, you put my faith back in your store! Thank you ❤️

  The women in lingerie, even though I was dressed like a bum, were helpful and pleasant.

  they have good stuff for sale the only thing that bugs me about this place is that in the mens section they are so limited on sales associates. I always have to beg to have someone to help me and its very frustrating. I hope a manager sees this comment because I truly expect more out of them.

  I hate this store for several reasons but specially when I have to go and return online purchases. They question me, ask me why I didn't like the clothes, and make unprofessional comments about how expensive the clothes I buy are. Last night, they refused to take back a burberry wallet I had purchase through them last year. The wallet was intact, with the box and dust bag included along with the original ticket. They had this stupid explanation that they couldn't accept high brand items return to them after 6 months of purchase date. Well, then I guess their 5 year return policy is pointless and it does NOT apply to all their merchandise. When the manager started explaining this to me, I already knew this was bs since I've returned high brand items before. Plus I've been a loyal customer and card holder for the past 8 years and I know their policies! Since i didn't wanna deal with them and their naughty attitudes, i drove all the way to their Washington square location and returned ALL my items without any issues. This is the reason why this location DOES NOT get my money but ONLY returns.

  The staff at the restaurant/cafe are always so friendly & the food is served perfect every time. In addition I give Nordstrom five stars for there return policy, it's so convenient to make a return with no questions asked. Keep up the good work!
