  Unbelievably amazing service. I would give 10 stars if I could. If you are looking for a used car in Staten Island or in any of the 5 boroughs. Go here! Fabio and Lenny rock! After a very bad experience last week with the Hyundai dealer up the block from them I called Nissan and set up an appointment. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. They answered all my questions and explained how financing would work. When it was all said and done I drove off the lot in a Nissan Rogue. I highly recommend Nissan of Staten Island. They will forever be who I go to if I need a car.

  I wish I can give this place NO STARS BUT there’s no option for that.. I recently visited this Nissan location and I was not pleased with my experience. I was looking for a Nissan rouge 2018 and the car salesman who was helping me was not constructive. He did not let me sit in the car, did not let me take a test drive in the car and he also did not tell me about any of the features that the car comes with. He just stood there while I was peeking into the car and just said to me “let me know if you need any help” then he walked away after never to be seen again. After that, I took my business elsewhere and went to Honda. I bought myself a brand new Honda Accord 2018. I am in love with it. The workers were EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! Unlike my experience at Nissan. I will tell all my family and friends to never go to Nissan of Staten Island. It will be a waste of their time!

  Amazing Customer service! when I walked into Nissan I felt so welcomed. As soon as I walked in right away Sam And Joshua immediately started to help Me. I came looking for a specific car which was already sold . Josh and Sam went above and beyond to help me find a car to my liking and my price range. I would like to point out the fact that Josh is a very out going sales man and he made my experience with Nissan the best nothing but positive vibes and laughter he is so down to earth and they need to make more sales reperenstives like him. Also the finance director Dan was the best help ever. I would recommend this place to everyone and I really do appreciate the GREAT Customer service that Nissan provided to me

  The people were very nice and outgoing. The sales consulting Moses who handled my purchase was very understanding with the cost and what type of vehicle I was interested in. He greeted me outside the door which is very uncommon because in most places they don’t greet you in-till you enter. The sales consulting noticed Me once I arrived at the lot. He didn’t rush or push me to make any decision I wasn’t comfortable with. Was very respectful and patient which me in making a decision. I am glad I took a drive to Nissan and purchased the Vehicle I did. Thank you Nissan and Mosses for your help and making me a very happy customer.

  Amazing experience! Went in with my daughter to buy her first car. I called in and spoke to a Victoria who was so patient and informative with all of my questions. We weren't ready at the time and she didn't pressure me at all, which I LOVED! Pressure to buy is a big no no for me and I can't express how important that was for my experience. About two weeks later I called in and spoke to a Joe, who was also very kind. He set me up for the Black Friday specials. I came in and dealt with Damiano who made this experience so smooth. We went for a test drive where he made myself and my daughter feel safe and was informing us about all the features. He gave us a great deal and we ended up leasing. My daughter is so content. Thanks so much Staten Island Nissan !!!!!!
