  I rarely write any reviews, but I will like to extend a sincere thank you to Omar and the rest of the team at BCAG. Omar guided me through the whole transaction and I was able drive off with a 4 series BMW with a couple of days. Omar and the rest of the team at BGAG are trustworthy, true professionals and I would highly recommend them.

  From top to bottom the service was amazing. Desmond the owner, made my process of switching cars painless. He kept me in the loop all day with great communication and placed me in the car i wanted with no problem at all. Nancy the finance manager, also played a huge role in making my experience so great. I live in NJ and she handled all of the paperwork while i was at work and made the process easier than ever for me. I want to thank you guys for helping me get the car I've always wanted! I highly recommend this dealership! They have a wide variety of cars that will suit you.

  Just purchased a used 2015 BMW 528i xdrive from BCAG of Staten Island, NY.. EVERYONE in the showroom did everything they could to make sure I was happy.. Special kudos to Nancy for going above and beyond to make sure my paperwork was in order and delivery was prompt. John and Anthony, were patient and answered every question in detail. If you're looking for a nice used BMW, give BCAG a visit. Very happy.

  I would just like to share the pleasant experience It was to buy a car through Bcag of Staten Island. Nancy who helped me get my car was more than accommodating making me feel wanted and valued as a customer. The whole staff was extremely helpful and resourceful making this car buying experience a breeze. Thank you again guys... ps.
