  I enjoyed this store for the simple fact they have SO many weave options but I’m a bit bothered by the fact they locked the door on us because we didn’t purchase anything because my friend was very indecisive. But lock us in there tho ?! Really ?! We’re 2 grown black women that don’t have to steal!!! I doubt I’ll be back there !

  If you're a person of color shop else where. There are so many beauty supply stores with better service that won't follow you around or stall you on security cameras all day. It's completely sad that this place is still in business. Me personally I won't give ANOTHER dollar to this place. The Chinese girl and guy have the nerve to just literally sit there and watch on cameras as though to say what? That's like so rude and uncomfortable no ones wants to feel like a criminal and to me it's BEYOND RACIST because they only do it to young black women but they have no problems taking our money. I don't wish bad business on anyone but these owners have alot to learn as far as treating other the way they'd want to be treated. Oh and the have a bo jangles, yes sir no sir shucking and jiving around the store that'll follow you around like you have his money in your back pocket. This store is a complete disaster and the reason why I'll be opening up a shop right by there's and close theirs down. People will be able to shop freely without being harassed and will be treated with respect. So I am glad this is such a busted store at least I know where I'll get my customers from :-).

  I was excited to find a store while visiting from California. This quickly ended. Upon entering the store we were not greeted and abruptly told a particular section in the front of the store was closed. Fine. So I'm looking at the human hair wigs and a woman comes from behind the counter and peeks around the corner without saying anything. Strike two. So I decide to look at the synthetics and I wander around 2x before I found something I liked. So after locating the colors the woman approaches and asked what color I'm looking for and I told her nothing in particular and asked if I could try one on. She said yes but backtracked to say but it's close to time to close the section to try them on as it was almost six. 1. Door says store closes at 9. Online says 6:30 2. Why tell me yes you can try it on the no you can't. 3. I don't understand why cater to a demographic and prejudge them all?! I'll gladly take my hard earned money elsewhere.

  I had an amazing first time experience here today. The employees were very nice and not judgemental. I found a beautiful synthetic wig that makes me look super feminine and it was affordable, even for me. Will definitely shop again
