  Beautiful clean shop. Every customer wears a smock and is offered a drink. Wicked head and neck massage while getting hair watched. I'm only 5'0 and they have innovative sinks so they can lower them to keep me comfortable. Reasonably priced and well educated staff. Only place I go to have my hair done.

  My wife and I were visiting Vegas and staying at the Hard Rock. I set up an appointment to have her hair done before we went out for dinner. When I meet my wife in the room to leave for dinner, she was upset that her hair did not look good, the curls were already falling out and she said they had charged more than what I had thought. I asked if she wanted to go back down and have it fixed. She was too upset. I went down and spoke to the front desk. I got some argument, but he offered to have her come back. When I told him that she was not coming back, Teresa Fassl walked up. I explained the situation. Without hesitation she grabbed a curling iron, hairspray, an assistant and said she was ready to go. Teresa, at her own suggestion, came up to the room, spent 40 minutes redoing my wife's hair. To say that Teresa when above and beyond is not enough. She was amazing and did an awesome job. When I tried to give her a tip for her help, she refused it. They then credited the bill to the amount that I expected to pay. Thank you so much Teresa for the amazing help.

  Kelly Cardenas Salon Hard Rock is my favorite Las Vegas salon and trust me I've been to many many places on and off the strip. You feel the love from the moment you walk in! The vibe is spectacular and the music is jumping. My stylist Theresa, is fantastic and although I'm a frequent client, Theresa gives me a thorough informative consult. The wash house is beyond comfortable, relaxing and cozy and your mini massage is heavenly. Best color and style!! The team works beautifully together in unison which speeds up your wonderful experience. I always leave Kelly Cardenas salon a very happy beautiful customer. Make it your place too!!
