  The workers are friendly and the free towels are great. Main downfall is gym is cell phone use in the cardio area is excessive. There are signs up stating no cell phone use in area but management does not enforce. Real detriment when trying to focus on your workout. Numerous customers just yap on their cellphone during the whole workout and it is extremely inconsiderate.

  I love this gym, better than all the other NYSC in Western Nassau that I have been to. Great classes, very nice staff and manager, kept very clean. It has a good amount of equipment that's always in good condition. I travel from Hewlett to go to this gym & it's worth it.

  Surprisingly good gym for the cost you pay. Facility is generally well maintained, there’s always someone walking around cleaning something. Free towels with membership which is great, and the staff is actually attentive and seem to care, unlike LA fitness. Their free weight section is small, but never crowded which is probably due to most the members being older than 60 (in my opinion.)

  I go at 5am and 4pm. From my experience it's always been clean, not crowded, friendly staff, machines work, there's always soap and towels, sauna is clean and working. What more can I ask for?

  Really good gym. Something for everyone. This Ironman is a happy customer. BTW, I saw someone complain about Jonathan. He's always been great with me. Very professional.
