  My son was a client for a short time with one of the trainers named Carlos.After 3 weeks We decided to pursue karate at a closer location but unfortunately had prepaid the next month. I sent paperwork and called literally over 30 times to get my $200 refund for the unused month. All these two guys (Carlos and Steve) supposedly managers, did was BS me and ignore my every request. They never returned my call or got back to me after they promised to "look into it!"This place is the most unprofessional venue I've ever experienced!! Do NOT trust these people!!!! They will run your card without approval and never ever refund your money. I've been trying since July 5th and it is now September 6th. These people are horrible!!!! BEWARE!!!! Totally disgusting and dishonest business!!!!!!

  Every trainer at this gym is amazing, and they're really getting me back into shape. Love it there.

  If you're anything like me, and just the thought of going to the gym puts you on the verge of an anxiety attack, then this place is for you. They stay true to their name in making your training sessions solely about you, your body, health, and your goals. I've been coming here for about a year now. I'm down 40lbs, stronger and healthier than I've ever been before all thanks to their knowledgeable and perceptive trainers and their experienced and insightful nutritionist Pam. I look forward to going in to train and regardless of how bad they've kicked my a**, I walk out with a smile. P1F has genuinely become a home away from home and to me that says a lot about a place that claims to dedicate their all to their clients.

  The training was fine but I was billed repeatedly on my credit card after I stopped going. Phone calls accomplished nothing. I am still waiting to resolve 3 months over charges
