  The pool and gym are great. No uncomfortable on gym floor. Always positive experiences. Come and join.

  Staff is very unprofessional. Came there to discuss about my bill being higher than what I was told and I ended up being kicked out by the so called "manager". Had to cancel my card so I wouldnt keep being charged after i could not longer talk to this "manager". Received multiple emails claiming that the payments couldnt go through, replied to call me regarding this issue and never received a phone call. Just recently I receive a bill from a collection agency. Just imagine!

  This gym used to be great. Recent changes have killed the gym. I understand some machine should be moved to avoid complacency but they didn't really put much thought into the new changes. They took away the bars in the stretching area that people would use to balance themselves while stretching. Then they packed a bunch of machines into a tiny space where the other (stretching) bars are located. They have big empty spots in some places and other places are crowded with machines. All the olympic bars are warped because there's too many people here ego lifting, putting 6 plates on each side of the bar just to do 1/4 of a squat. A lot of cardio equipment is broken either because people don't report when it breaks or the gym doesn't care. Go back to the way it was. Management is listening to the wrong people.

  Limited Parking, Limited Machine/Bench availability, (Even during off peak hours). Hard to get a good workout in but for the price Its what I would expect. (value is barely there)

  The pool is never opened when it should be in the mornings. I have called, emailed and it has never been resolved. The lifeguard who should open up is constantly late. It's so aggravating when you have to use the pool. For many who have to get laps in as part of their workout, getting out of bed to get here for a closed pool is less than ideal. Just the worse. Management never resolves this.
