  Too expensive. There's 1 salesman there that is a straight scumbag, he yells at the girls at the front desk for no reasons. Very unprofessional. For these reasons I terminated my membership

  33% of the equipment is in disrepair or in need of some upgrade at all times. The place is not well kept in terms of cleanliness. The cycling classes are almost always full and there are never enough of them. And the hours, especially the weekend schedule, are terrible. Been meaning to call corporate... Again! But it doesn't seem effective. They obviously don't take their members complaints seriously. Beginning to miss planet fitness.

  Staff should learn to smile and treat us with respect. I walk up to the counter and no greetings. Place is somewhat clean not too bad.

  Nice facility with gym equipment that is kept in proper working order. Pool for free swim and classes. Special classes like Zumba, spin classes and water aerobics are available. Good value for or money.

  This place is horrible. I made the move from Planet Fitness Pelham Bay, expecting the same level of cleanliness and professionalism from the staff if not more given that it’s slightly more expensive than PF. Don’t believe anyone that says it’s clean here, it’s dirty AF. People don’t put their weights back, it’s scattered everywhere. Tissue and bottles are all over the place, members and staff are equally to blame. There’s a machine that’s been broken for AN ENTIRE MONTH (no exaggeration). I also find that there’s more members here who don’t have proper workout etiquette, definitely annoying AF. If you’re at planet fitness thinking about moving, you should try this place for a week and see for yourself. The pros, there’s definitely more machine and amenities.
