  Do NOT count on the punctuality of the opening hour on Sundays at 7:00 AM. You should call at 7AM to ensure they are open. Do this before you leave your house. And especially wait and make sure before you take your pre.

  if its possible i would give 0 star. I cancelled my membership on Feb 2018 and its now May and they still taking my money, called everyday (I moved to other state before I moved I personally walked in to cancel my membership) and all they tell me is manager is not here or he just stepped out hmm very inconvenience and unprofessional to do business worst experience ever.

  I've only been here in the evenings a few times and each time the locker room was filthy but didn't stink too badly. It's probably because the floor is tiled and not carpeted like in some of their other gyms. The basement is very tight feels like there's no room between machines. The benches in the dumbbell area need to be replaced. It has a dingy feel to it. In fact much of the equipment in the basement should be updated.

  Bad management, I went to the frontdesk and ask for cancellation, I still got charged at the next month, it happened no matter I went to the cashier three times(totally I lost over $120 after the very first cancellation). eventually, the manager called me and asked what happen,and I said I just want to cancel my membership, and the manager said the cancellation would be fulfilled after 45 days, then I lost another monthly fee. the policies and management are very terrible!!!! Never come back
