  I can't speak enough great things about this place, I personally worked with Nino, what an amazing coach, very knowledgeable and gives great in depth explanations. I personally am a power lifter and him helping me work on my structural integrity gave me a better foundation for my sport! Nothing but 5 stars highly recommended!

  the ONLY place I trust for my physical therapy needs. Andreas and Nick are the best, go in with pain, and leave with tons of information and exercises to correct the pain/issues! Appointments can be hard to come by but it is so worth the wait.

  If you truly want to heal your body from any injury, you must visit Andreas Saltas in this location. I have met patients from Brazil, Canada and Norway...that in itself should indicate his talents...

  I can't put into words how Human Fitness has transformed my life. I will be forever grateful to Andrew, Chris, and Max. I have had extensive injuries to my knees and ankle over time due to two accidents. Conventional physical therapy had failed me and I saw no progress and as a result had no hope of ever getting better. This had me severely depressed at times. Then I found Andrew who is a physical therapist unlike any other. He is extremely knowledgeable and when he explains something it makes perfect sense in relation to how a body should function. His therapies following my ankle surgery helped me improve tremendously. He then introduced me to Max and Chris who have helped me strengthen my body and bring it into balance. Chris is fantastic and the improvements I've made since working with him have been nothing short of incredible. I am able to move and live day to day with much less pain now and as a result I'm no longer suffering but finally feel like I'm beginning to thrive. They focus on movement and functional strength and patterns--and it truly works wonders. I have also learned a tremendous amount in my time spent with them, which is of great value in itself. I cannot not express in words the gratitude I have for these guys at Human Fitness. Biggest thanks to Andrew, Chris, and Max.

  Max and Andrew are the best in their field! They combine kinesiology and physical training and they are so knowledgeable and professional! Definitely go there if you have any posture issues, pain, mobility issues - literally anything. No challenge is too big for them and they are always down to help no matter what your situation is. Very happy I have the chance to train with them :)
