  Called three times and was trying to understand how the groupon works and classes. Theres a $25 start up fee at the location whether or not you use the groupon and cannot be waived. I asked about differences in the teachers, what their education was, training, etc and no one could provide me with any details. I asked about trying out two different teachers to see who I work with and enjoy more and they said that its not possible to do. They werent able to explain any plan or lesson structuting either. I had to explain myself multiple times and had to continue repeating myself while dealing with customer service that I just quit. How do you schedule lessons when theyre asking me what lessons after I tell them over five times? I would love a manager to call and give me any information because Ive never had such little information given to me about the teachers and programs offered

  Fantastic school. Great environment and Amazing teachers two of my daughters attend, learning piano and guitar and they absolutely love it.

  I studied with them for a couple of years. In a short period of time I was able to up my guitar skills substantially. If you're looking for a great guitar teacher, go here. You won't be disappointed.

  My daughter has been taking voice and piano lessons here for 3+ years. She also did a musical theater camp and a rock band camp last summer. She has learned so much and keeps getting better and better thanks to New Windsor Music Academy. Special thanks to Mike Benninger and Christine Marie Heath and to the entire staff! Excellent👍👍 Highly recommend!

  What a wonderful company I give them 5 stars every day of the week! They only hire the BEST Most Qualified teachers. I am sure they get a lot of Garbage resumes from unqualified posers or wannabees. So I am so happy they take the time to really hire only the BEST. There school is the most professional and my kids just Love it!
