  I've been a member of Body & Brain for two months now.The first class I experienced was in the group class doing stretching, breathing and relaxation. I left the center feeling stress free, the energy that moved through my body was such a freeing feeling and overwhelming, since I haven't felt like that in a long time. I have been continuing now on a regular basis with private class as well and I truly believe that this program will create a more positive lifestyle change for me. Thank you!

  I have been to New City Body and Brain regularly for a few months now and enjoy the time I am there very much. I have been on a very successful journey of health recently and they have been a big part of that. I go for one on one sessions with Master Bama for healing and guidance. I have been dieting and exercising hard for 6 months and going helps me recover and feel refreshed. I leave feeling peace and ready to start my week off. I do private sessions but I know they have many other group sessions of all types as well. New city Body and Brain is a very beautiful place run but a very friendly, kind, professional and loving staff. I highly recommend anyone to stop by and visit them!

  Since joining this center three years ago I have become much more flexible and most importantly I am calmer and handling stress better. Warm and friendly environment. Great instructors! I love starting my day here.

  I attend a yoga class once weekly with my individuals with developmental disabilities. Our instructor is usually Marlene. She is awesome with my individuals. Some of them have maladaptive behaviors that would test anyone's patience, however she is very calm and patient with them and manages to get their attention and have them focus on the various exercises she demonstrates. I've noticed that my individuals have increased their attention span, flexibility and general wellbeing. As a bonus, myself and my coworker who accompanies me have also reaped the benefits of participating in each class. Its a very relaxing, exhilarating way to begin each work week.

  I have been a member at the New City Body & Brain Center for more than 3 years now. Being here and taking classes and training have helped to be able to find my calm place inside. Healing is a journey, but one that continues throughout life. The atmosphere at the center is warm, bright and healing for everyone. I would definitely recommend anyone of any age to come and try a class.
