  Going to Musclez and Curvez has changed my life. I have always jumped on and off the workout wagon. Musclez and Curvez helped me make working out and eating right a lifestyle. They trained, coached and encouraged me and it made me want to keep going. They are dedicated to their clients and really care about you. You are more than just a client to them. They always make themselves available to guide you inside and out of the gym. They want you to succeed and help you in all the ways they can. Walking into the gym at 5am you are tired and thinking "what am I doing?" I was always greeted with and upbeat " "good morning" and "you can do it" "you're doing great". Bottom line, they are wonderful people. They'll push your limits, physically but it is all worth it. You get results at Musclez and Curves

  I have tried every Gym experience there is. Nothing was working. I needed to learn to workout the right way. The kind of workout that would benefit and target my personal needs. I saw the results working for a friend of mine. She lead me to Treshanna at Musclez N Curvez. Tresh doesn't let me quit!! She pushes me the way I should be pushed. She doesn't let me doubt myself! She made me BELIEVE in myself. Sure it's hard! But it really feels good when you see your body changing! She designed a personal meal plan for me as well. Treshanna & Louie Lou are the BEST and most dedicated Trainers ever!!
