  We were walking in the area of the Magnificence Mile and stopped by the store to grab a few things my spouse wanted since she was in eyesight of the store. She had a pretty good shopping experience with our vacation dollars, not hers alone. I'm just sayin'...LoL!

  Coffee Cafe on the 3rd floor is a quick stop for a caffeine fix to take you to the end of your shopping trip. The refills keep coming. There is a full menu restaurant next to the cafe. (The afternoon we were there it was closed for an event.) Everything is handicapped accessable, including the most elegant handicapped Women's restroom in Chicago. Then, that's what you would come to expect from Neiman Marcus. Don't be intimated by the name on the door, visit and enjoy this fashion forward store, and all it has to offer. Respect that it may not be your price point, but you will not regret a walk through this special place, even if only to enjoy the "eye candy".

  Oh, dear. Why can't I EVER have a good experience at Neiman Marcus? I have a good job but I must not appear to have what it takes to be a customer. I blame it on my having to carry a corporate laptop in my backpack. It's a nice backpack, really. I suggest you leave yours at home when you attempt to shop at this store!

  What happened to this beautiful store. The lady helping me at the perfume counter was chewing gum as were she annoyed to disturbed in her sweet doing nothing. She couldn’t have cared less about her clientele. To top everything off, she tried to sell me a perfume over 200$ with the foil missing. It hurts to see, what once was such an elegant and beautiful department store going downhill like this.
