  They lost one star This is for the old bald headed man at the greeting desk Walked in to open an account showed him my military i.d ..he noticed itll be expired soon and mentioned it to me as if i was being a scammer. He started interrogating me asking me some absurd questions...whose your recruiter? How long have youve been out? Are you sure about that? Where are you stationed? When i answered that one he stated that he never heard of such thing...he treated me as if i was lying about being in military... really pissed me off ... but kept my cool . Diana made it better tho she assisted me very friendly and helpful. From prevs reviews i guess some reps tend to treat some customers rudely.... well not Diana shes great :)

  I never write reviews, but Wanina provided such awful service, I had to. I had to ask her a few questions, and she acted like a. I was the dumbest person she had encountered that day, and b. Like she was incredibly put out by having to "assist" me. She was abrasive, curt, did not smile ONCE. Meanwhile her coworker Pam greeted everyone with a smile, was super friendly and helpful, and seemed eager to please. Wanina needs to be fired. She has absolutely NO business being in a customer service position. Facility: clean Girl at the front desk: Friendly Manager walking around: friendly But I will never go back if it means I have to be helped by WANINA.

  They advertise they accept veterans, but when I went in to open an account they told me they only take active duty, retired military not veterans.

  Excellent staff and managers! Treated like family and location is conveniently located.

  Good bank. Just stay away from their credit card. Revolving credit. It never gets paid off cause of the interest they take on. Don't fall behind or loose a job. They really stick it to you.
