  Customers should not have to wait that long. Then to be told, that the drive through is just a convenience. Seriously? It's a shame the police have to get involved for poor customer service. If any Senior manger is reading this, I would challenge you to drive through or walk in to this bank (during the of the hours of 11:30 am to 12:30 pm ) and experience first hand the lack of leadership and service provided. Then when you question it , be treated as if your the problem. Side note, You also might share with your team that talking about one customer to other customers in line is not very becoming in terms of being a professional and representing the BofA. Then again, perhaps this is just standard within the organization. I would hope not? As for me, life is too short, won't be going there again.....My recommendation, find somewhere else to bank.

  I don't even have a bank account with Bank of America. My job has account with Bank of America and I have to come to this location every day to make the deposit. Everytime I go inside to make the deposit I have to wait 45 minutes to an hour in line. There's only one person at the counter and another person working the drive-thru. This is the worst bank ever!! If you want to stand in line for 45 minutes come to this bank they have no clue what's going on shoestring inefficient operation I guess. It seems like everytime I go to this bank there's always somebody complaining about the wait. I really wish my job would switch Banks. I will never have a bank account with Bank of America. This location don't even deserve one star
