  The employees are always helpful and kind. Any issues I had were handled quickly.

  I ordered RX eyeglassess here but they didn't work (transitions / progressives). I went back to get a refund and they REFUSED to change them saying "according to our machines and tests, they were made correctly". The fact is I STILL couldn't See! ! The contract and warranty were still valid but they dishonored them. Do not frequent JCP OPTICAL - at least this store. You have only 60 days to dispute the RX with your creidt card company and after that you have to sue in small claims! A waste of time; poor service, not trustworthy - DO NOT TRUST THEM!
