  Do not shop here unless you are a plumber. I was blown away at how rude they were. I hope they treat their plumbers better than people trying to fix their own system. I asked do you have to be a plumber to order from them and their answer was NO. Why be rude to someone for asking a few questions. Makes no sense. I am more than capable of repairing my own plumbing and I have a irrigation company so I can provide them with my tax ID. Be nice to people is better for business.

  Fantastic and enthusiastic staff that just helped me get to the bottom of my challenging problem, im not skilled but i fixed my leaky faucet and i couldnt be any prouder, went to the home depot left very unsatisfied with not just money down the drain also with the wrong piece and i wasted 6hours of my life, but these people helped me boost my confidence because im a woman and i fixed a leaky faucet, and plus i had the right piece just the one i needed that no one else had,and it only took me about 15minutes to fix my faucet, they're awesome
