::Do not shop here unless you are a plumber. I was blown away at how rude they were. I hope they treat their plumbers better than people trying to fix their own system. I asked do you have to be a plumber to order from them and their answer was NO. Why be rude to someone for asking a few questions. Makes no sense. I am more than capable of repairing my own plumbing and I have a irrigation company so I can provide them with my tax ID. Be nice to people is better for business.

::Fantastic and enthusiastic staff that just helped me get to the bottom of my challenging problem, im not skilled but i fixed my leaky faucet and i couldnt be any prouder, went to the home depot left very unsatisfied with not just money down the drain also with the wrong piece and i wasted 6hours of my life, but these people helped me boost my confidence because im a woman and i fixed a leaky faucet, and plus i had the right piece just the one i needed that no one else had,and it only took me about 15minutes to fix my faucet, they're awesome
