::It's quick and easy. You walk in pick you car and drive out (if you are a member)... 1 - 2 - 3. However if they had a spot where you can leave you personal vehicle until you return the rental. It would be perfect. Maybe they should look into that. #imjustsayin

::I’m a weekly renter and have been totally satisfied with their service. The 2 issues that I had were immediately addressed and corrected in a professional manner. The staff is helpful and courteous, especially when returning the car. Special thanks to Jovel, who is usually the attendant at returns. ::Renting from National Car Rental at JFK is always a pleasure. The people are pleasant and, with Emerald Aisle Service, the car selections is always great. Drop-off at the airport is quick and easy, and the attendants are courteous and very helpful. We have come to know Mercius, the early morning attendant, by name, whose good nature is a pleasant greeting for an early morning trip. The National crew always go above and beyond to assure a great rental experience.

::I am an Emerald Club member and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and the ease of rental procedure I experience with National. My last rental at JFK airport on 01/17/18, was no exception. I chose a Chevrolet Malibu from the Emerald Aisle this time. Very happy with the choice... brand new car very easy to drive. I did have one issue with the driver side mirror cover flying off on a freeway for some reason, but was assured by the helpful staff that I would not be charged. Looking forward to my next rental!
