  Do not use this place. Rented a car through my insurance and they told me 15/day then added extra “insurance” with out my knowledge. They didn’t even bother to let me know my actual car insurance transferred to my rental. Very poor customer service there.

  Do not ise this location. Setup a minivan rental 3 weeks on advance, when i called about an early pickup i was told they had no vans only an SUV.

  To get here from JFK airport: Take the Jamaica or Howard Beach Air Train to Federal Circle, then take the Radisson shuttle bus to the Radisson Hotel; Hertz is inside the hotel. Overall a decent experience. The employee was very helpful. Still upset that Hertz uses the Nissan Sentra as a standard sedan (equivalent to a Corolla) and they didn't have anything else available for me to upgrade to.
