  They have nice products, but I also agree with one of the other reviewers. Their return policy stinks. Its 14 days regardless if you have a receipt or not. I purchased 1 extra bracket for like 30$ and I wanted to take it back. They said 14 days with or without a receipt and literally hung up the phone on me when I explained to them that is a poor way to conduct business. I will not be going back unless I absolutely have to.. You will save money by purchasing online anyways. Its still a good place if you are in a pinch.

  I went to National Builders Hardware based on a referral from a cabinet shop, not having been told I needed an appointment. Wanda was extremely helpful in describing what I needed to do. Though she was waiting for an appointment, she took the time to show me some options for some hardware. Ultimately, I wasn't able to purchase what I needed because I had a very quick turn around (that day). However, because of Wanda's awesome customer service, I will definitely be looking here when I re-do my kitchen. The showroom is wonderful, and there are hundreds of options.

  Unfavorable return policy. I ordered a few items in excess and they would not take a return.

  We work with National Builders Hardware for years. Excellent company , prompt and detailed oriented service , very reasonable prices. One of the best suppliers i have worked with .
