  The sub contractors are the worst, they were dirty, left their garage for us to clean up. Because they left their garage our dog got something in his foot and had to pay a vet bill. They did not finish the job and we are not getting answer to when they will finish the job. I would not go with this company.

  Originally had a hard time originally getting a call back from Jeremy, left many messages. Byron the owner or boss just kept referring me to Jeremy. Once we connected the floors were done quickly. Upon inspection, I thought they forgot the quarter round finish trim on the hardwoods. Found out Wasn't included in the bid ? looks awful with the big gap between the base trim and floor. Another flooring place we used (Birdseye Hardwoods) did this as included and... I just incorrectly assumed they would too .... Floors 55 says this is extra?. Jeremy said 3 week wait ....have to re-measure. blah-blah. But was insistent on final payment. The installer also didn't sweep up or clean up once done. So I cleaned up, vacuumed, and installed the quarter round myself. I'm not hard to please but found myself very annoyed. Not a good experience.
