  careless worker smeared 2 toes while doing a pedicure so I told her to redo them. Owner said she must charge an additional $8.00--thought she was joking. I did not tip--STAY AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT DIVE.

  My nail tech was great. She did an amazing job with my pedicure. My dissatisfaction is with the establishment, not her. It is end of December so its very cold outside but you can't tell the difference between indoors and out here. All the staff are wearing coats and my techs hands are freezing. This is the most unpleasant pedicure I've ever had. Instead if enjoying the service, all I'm thinking about is when will it end. I expressed my concerns the the person in charge but was continuously told the thermostat says 75 and she can't do anything about that. It's obvious that's not the case. Instead of apologizing and expressing some understanding, I was given attitude for voicing my concerns, not just about my being miserable but the working conditions of their employees. It is important to treat those that keep your business flourishing GOOD. That includes the working conditions and environment. I will not support a business that does not support their employees. Never coming back!

  Hated it!! I got the pink & white extensions. Had to go back because one nail broke, yes they fixed it with no problem. Then went for my 2 wk fill in on a Thursday, had turn around and go back by the next Tuesday. My nails were horrible, they looked like Id been digging in rocks, pink gel all on the white, thick, busted cuticles nd after the gel she didn't buff or make the nails smooth....
