  Not to be trusted !! I took one of two wedding bands In with small stones to replace a missing stone- $70 was quoted. I did not ask for rhodium! When I went to pick up ring it had rhodium - looked ridiculous with 2 rings I wear it with- they said they would do me a favor and rhodium other 2 for$100- usually $100 each. NEVER asked for rhodium- if it is usually $100 each why was I charge 70 for diamond replacedment and rhodium., which I sudn’t Ask for. They said this was correct way to do it- well I should have been told!! On top of it my husband asks why they did rhodium since it is platinum not white gold, which I was so upset did not remember at time. Bottom line - a bunch CROOKS! Stay away

  My husband got me a custom gift here. Ultimately I am pleased with the result so 4 stars. The piece went through some different versions and the owner/employees were gracious while we worked out what we wanted. The customer service is okay, better if they're not busy, but that's reasonable. I got conflicting opinions when asking for advice on how to design the piece which wasn't helpful but also I can see how it happens. They did not complete the project by the time they said they would, or got the sizing adjustment done on time either, so that wasn't the best but all in all it wasn't a bad experience. I think jewelry is a high emotion purchase because of the cost and sentimental nature of it and the service could be improved to be sensitive to that. but as I said, ultimately, the piece was very nice.

  I'm new to the neighborhood and went in for a simple ring cleaning. Everyone was incredible welcoming and friendly! I hope to do business with them in the future.

  I am so shocked at reading the negative reviews of this wonderful jewelry store. I have been going to them for years and years and have ALWAYS been treated with the greatest respect and professionalism. It is a family enterprise, which is a rare thing in this city. Each of them is knowledgeable and respectful. And scrupulously honest. I recommend them to anyone, I was sent to Murrey's by a person whom I respect years ago when I was having difficulty with a watch that had been savaged by another jeweler. Murrey's took charge of the process and has seen it through to the end. I have had pearls restrung, earrings purchased, the fondness for small pins acknowledged and I have even bought a couple. Browsing has been a pleasurable experience with professional guidance. I wish I could understand the beefs expressed in the negative reviews.
