  Buyer beware. I bought a custom ring here because I saw it in vogue magazine and fell in love. The stone was a beautiful electric green. I went to their shop and the rings (they had a few sizes) were just as beautiful in person. I needed a size they did not have so they told me I would need to have it custom made. They explained that because it is a precious stone, it might look slightly different, which I was fine with. When the ring came in however, the stone was dark green/blue! The owner said because it was a customer order, I had to take the piece. I was heartbroken and out $400 (amount they said I had to give for deposit). I worked in a jewelry store and I know first hand, they COULD have put that ring in their stock and resolved my issue. If the owner does not care about his customers, I guarantee you none of his employees will. Granted, everyone is nice when they want to make a sale, but if you have any issues, you will be out of luck.
