  Very rude customer service. On 01/03/23, I went to this branch for a Cashier’s Check. One teller made it known that she was in a rush to leave and would not answer any questions. The other teller took a very long time addressing my need; when asked how long the process would take she made several rude remarks about how she had to find the form. Eventually she admitted that she did not know how to do a cashiers check and called a supervisor over. At this point, 20 minutes passed for a simple transaction. I spent a total of 30 minutes in this bank and was not helped at all.

  Wanted to open an account, called that day and was told to come in any time before 5:30. Came in at 4:45 and the accounts lady said she only accepted appointments. Seemed like she was just being lazy instead of opening a quick savings account.

  Lobby is closed... wasted my whole lunch break waiting in line to use ATM that was broken! I realized in retrospect that the person in front of me took forever bc they tried to use the ATM many many times in a row, unsuccessfully, and didn't bother to mention it was broken so then I did the same thing

  Awesome staff! Very knowledgeable, Friendly and open on Saturdays! Its a bit farther than any other M&T Bank but its worth the travel!

  This location is a little bit farther than the other locations but they're open on Saturday which is awesome. There was street parking, but no problem finding a spot close to the bank. The seller was very friendly. I will definitely come back.
