::I have been going here since I bought my truck and have always had a great experience. Today was the worst experience ever...especially if you love your vehicle! They sent the truck through the wash and missed the hood completely!!! There was pollen and bird poop all over and they were getting ready to dry it like that!! I made them send it through again and instead of washing it when it was wet the used the brush dipped in water and still there is pollen! I told them not to dry it I will go elsewhere...plus they did a horrible job vacuuming! If you go there watch them and make sure they are doing a good job...me, I won’t be going back especially now that I have to spends more money fixing the scratches!

::Paid 24$ only to get the car washed as if I paid for the 14$ wash. Didn't provide me with the services offered. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Edit: If you're just coming for a quick wash by all means but don't pay for any other services, they will try and sneak around the wax and everything else. Lousy car wash with employees that don't do the job right. Manager just wants your money and doesn't care if you don't come back. P.s: don't let the good reviews fool you, either there long term favorite customers or there fake reviews, be weary of this place if you do decide to go and make sure they provide you with the services you paid for!

::Looks like the place changed hands since the last time I took my car here. I feel like I was ripped off and totally unhappy with the service I received. On top of it, when I challenged the manager, I had to face and deal with the nasty attitude. Well I guess it's the end of it for me but I just had to leave my review. Been coming here for the past 7 years since I've moved into Port. I'll need to find somewhere else, never going back. Here's why. I paid for the Works service which is the VIP treatment including the shampooing of the mats and my mats haven't even been removed from the car. When I realized and asked, they said they don't shampoo the mats with plastic underneath, there's no disclaimer for that, and nobody mentioned when I was basically overpaying them. I could've paid $10 less if they let me know. Anyway, apparently the new management just wants your money, and wouldn't hesitate to be sneaky about it. The non-shampooing obviously wasn't the case the numerous times I came here earlier in the year. Also, not that I care so much, but the service also includes air freshener and I also didn't receive it even though it clearly says on the list. When I asked, the manager said, I, as the customer, have to ask them to spray the freshener. Never had to do it a single time before. They didn't even care to accommodate you as a customer. They just don't care. Maybe this will help enough people and they will soon realize after losing some clients. This is how my mats look right after the wash, even some visible pieces of garbage on them. Ok, don't shampoo them but can you wipe them at least? Don't take your car there, like I said, they just want your money without cleaning your car. Total ripoff.

::I hadn't had my car washed here in years, but when visiting, I needed a car wash and went back here. I paid for the VIP wash with the body gloss since I just got back from a long distance trip and the car needed it. They did not wipe down the dashboard, did not vacuum half the car and definitely didn't do the body gloss I paid for. I had to go home and essentially rewash the car myself. None of the cup holders were cleaned either and the windshield was barely cleansed. The front of the exterior was filthy. I should have done a walk around before I left because only the sides and back were clean. I will definitely not be bringing my car back here. Such a waste of $36.
