This is a great place for car wash and detailing. I had my car detailed and they did a superb job. Greg the manager was very friendly and informative. I highly recommend this place.

Made an appointment for detailing and was told to drop my car off at 930 sharp (another customer was waiting as well). Greg did not show up til 10am. Then promised I would love my car and it was likely the minor scratches on my black car would get buffed out and look better. Well when I went to pick the car up, no one was there (again) and I waited for Greg to return. Not only was there no difference to my scratches, one wheel was completely forgotten about and obviously unclean. Still worse, Greg would not take responsibility for this oversight. I paid $100 and wasted my time for what ended up being worse than a standard car wash.

Absolutely the WORST CARWASH EVER!!! I bought a groupon for a detail. Owner tried to charge me extra for Truck price, even though I paid already online. Dropped car off. Went to pick up the car the next day and it looked like it never moved out of the spot I parked it in. Windows were dirty, interior had dirt and stuff between seats and on floor mats. After looking closely, they used some product on my exterior plastic trim which caused oily spots all over it. I asked the owner to come out and tell me if he thought this car was a good detail. He said it was like that when I brought it in and he run it through the car wash again. I asked how that was suppose to help, considering my car was suppose to be washed and waxed, clay barred, interior shampoo and leather seats treated. After he put it through the car wash again. The spots were still on the plastic trim. He said he was going to call his guy who worked on the car. He called and the phone was loud and he acted as if there was no language barrier between him and his hispanic employee. He thinks speaking louder and adding an "O" to the end of words makes you fluent in Spanish. Well after he spoke to his employee, he claimed he didn't use any product on my trim. Well why not, I got a full detail? Did they use any product on any of my car? Because the car is dirtier than it was when I brought it in. He then told me I was setting him up and that my car was too clean when I brought it in. I told him he should've said that from the begining if that's how he felt. He refused to make it right and do what I paid for and started to whine like a little kid. He started saying I took advantage of him. I asked for my money back and he refused. Well what the hell did I pay for, a place to leave my car overnight? He then told me to bring the car back later and someone will fix it. One of his employees then fixed my spotty trim and told me what a bad boss the owner is. His employee told me, that he told the boss, that the guy that "detailed" my car takes short cuts and doesn't know what he is doing. He said he felt bad for many customers and I am not the first to have a problem like this. This guy was super nice and he refused to take money from me. He gave me some cleaning products to take home, straight out of his car, because he said what the owner does is not right. He also mentioned the tips that customers give the owner for the employees, never make it to them. He is a money hungry jerk who puts himself first at all times and then cries the victim. The only thing he seems to be confident at is stuffing his face and blaiming others. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he is part of the lawsuit suing McDonalds for making him fat. Because it can't be his fault, right?

I live in East Meadow and always I love to support our local businesses. I’ve been coming to East Meadow Car Wash for many years now – brought in plenty of cars that we own and recommended a bunch of family and friends around the neighborhood. And although it’s not “perfect”, they do strive to do the right thing for their customers. When a business does the “right thing” for their customers, good things happen in return. I recently had my car detailed and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Like I said, even if things are not “perfect”, Greg (Owner) always makes a huge effort to do the right thing to ensure the customer’s satisfaction. Jason (Supervisor) and the folks that actually clean the vehicles work like a solid team with good attention to detail. They are respectful, courteous and professional – qualities that one should expect for a service that you pay for with your hard earned money. The entire crew always made my car wash experience pleasant. The detail job on my car was outstanding! Extremely clean (inside and outside), shiny, polished, smells like a new car – looks like it just came out of the factory. If you had an unpleasant experience, perhaps would be good to give them another chance. I will surely continue to support East Meadow Car Wash – and get my propane tanks filled as well. I’m a happy and delighted customer. Thanks a lot, Greg! Keep up the great work! Disclosure: This is my fair and unbiased feedback. I did not get any compensation in return for writing this review.

Brought my car over the weekend. It is a small car wash so I didn’t have high expectations. I will definitely go back again. Owner was so personable. Staff was nice. My car looked great and smelled nice too!
