  Worst car wash in the area. False advertising in pricing and rude staff. Total waste of time. They also could care less about how dirty they leave your car. Avoid!

  I have my cat washed every other day at this place. Been there client for almost 9 years. Good job done every time I go there

  Bad car wash the employees are rude . I went there like a week ago my windows where still dirty didnt dry my car. Its looks like u guys dont care about the costumers. Wont recamend anyone to go there. Westbury car wash on urban is a better car wash. Start going there

  Been a patron for two years- Highly Disappointed in my last visit. Intake Vacuum Manager ignored my request to clean interior mats and driver side vehicle and resulted in me having to wait back in line to go through the entire process all over again. When addressed he yells at me and says that he doesn't care that I have to wait again and it's not his fault! I'm noticeably pregnant and have a toddler and this is the kind of SERVICE people that Big M has working for them! I will tell people that they do not care about their (loyal) customer, just their customer's money- they do not care about their workers either, because I refuse to tip well-twice, for the EXTERIOR work that they now have to redo! Horrible experience and if anyone has any better car wash recommendations in Long Island, please reply ALL!
