  Mousel's Self-Defense Academy has a very informative class. It is unlike any past self-defense classes I have taken. This class allows you to practice the moves. Leaving the class I felt much more comfortable and confident in myself if I ever needed to use self-defense.

  I’ve been training here for about 6 years and still training and competed 3 times in the national thai boxing tournament in Iowa. This is a great place to train to get in shape or to compete with a great group of people.

  Tried out three classes and am sold - great workout and lessons from a well experienced trainer. Lots of local talent in this gym, friendly too.

  I go to the Jeet Kune Do and Muy Thai class on Wednesday and I love it. All the instructors and students are friendly very knowledgeable. And the class size on Wednesday night is pretty small so you get alot of attention and help. But that doesn't mean they won't push you to your limits and you get an excellent workout, I usually leave drenched in sweat. Only thing I really can complain about is I wish they had one more night were they did Jeet Kune Do. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn a material art for self-defense or exerise, you will not be disappointed.
