::April is a fantastic trainer. With her 5-year background as an amateur boxer and 10 years of fitness expertise, she serves clients in her training facility, Core Theory Fitness. She also has a Personal Trainer, Functional Aging Certificate and Health Coach Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She is passionate about wellness, nutrition, fitness and health. As part of her advocacy to help people age with grace and full mobility, she has successfully applied for certification as a Functional Aging Specialist. April works closely with a network of dieticians, PT's, and doctors to create fitness programs that cater to the Gen-X and baby boomers in a progressive way.
