  Room was clean, front desk was nice. If you have allergies, the detergent smell in the room was strong. We only stayed one night, but it was quite. Overall recommend if passing by. No breakfast at all.

  it was an alright expirience if it wasn’t for the number of bugs we spotted in our room and restroom. it was really hard to sleep at night knowing that i had seen two insects crawling in the wall next to me and 2 more in the bath tub. in addition we saw another insect on a pillow. everything else was fine, it’s a relatively cheap motel with clean rooms and comfy beds, but the bugs were really a problem. probably won’t be staying with motel 6 again because of this.

  Staff was great and super nice! The drain in the shower was a little slow to go down, and the light in the bathroom would flicker, but for the price, it was overall a great stay! Downtown Omaha and Henry Doorly Zoo were a very close distance as well, there are many restaurants/stores in the immediate vicinity, and dogs stay free!

  I recently stayed at the Motel 6 in Council Bluffs and my experience was just okay. The staff (Night auditor) was friendly and the location of the hotel was convenient for my needs. However, there were several issues that made my stay less enjoyable. The room was only partially cleaned with bits of dust on the floor and other places. Additionally, there was some unknown substance on the chair that wasn't cleaned and had become hard. All I will say is this is the first time someone in our family has actively complained about the cleanliness of a room and pointed out multiple things. There usually willing to look past stuff but this time it was just a little to much . The linens and bed were fine for the few hours we stayed since we arrived after midnight. That also means there should have been no reason our room wasn't fully cleaned. Furthermore, when we walked into the lobby, there was a strong smell of marijuana so someone was smoking it. The price of the night was not affordable for what we got given the issues we experienced. In fact, we were able to stay at other hotels later on our trip for half the price we paid for this room and had next no issues there. Overall, if you're looking for a more enjoyable stay, I would recommend looking for other lodging options in the area.

  The pool is closed due to maintenance The laundry is paid No fridge in rooms No microwave No coffee No doors on anything but the room and the bathroom dresser and everything else totally open No cleaning service The way the rules are written is demeaning I believe this may cause more issues then if they were wrote with more respect If pet friendly but once you read the rules you will see that is barely true they don’t want you to leave animals in the hotel room The room have no stops in the bathtubs so you can’t take a bath. Rooms are clean and employees are very friendly and nice Beds are uncomfortable General manager tried to stretch the rules to control me and my cat. I tried to talk it through calmly with her several times. As I have a unique situation she was extreme passive aggressive and tried to claim I don’t love my cat because I have her trained to not need a leash. As well as many others rude comments. This attitude made me feel targeted and unsafe to leave my cat in my room when I went out to search for a job and apartment. So I checked out early and left the country.
