  Loved the hotel and the person at the front desk checking me in on 5/25. Great employee! Yes the hotel is under updates, most likely needed. However, I won’t come back because of Officer Bob at the casino. I purchased a drink and couldn’t take it to my room. Then when I tried to access the casino floor again to spend money, Officer Bob brought over his supervisor and told me I couldn’t gamble anymore. I’m sorry, isn’t that why I spent $200 a night to go between to casino and hotel???? Sad for Caesars and Hilton. Won’t be back. Lots of competition here. Thanks Officer Bob and supervisor!!

  I’m a Hilton member. I booked a room directly from Hilton. Very disappointed with the room. Cockroach was found in bathroom late at night. I paid $199. I don’t think the front desk person believed me. The room is very old outdated.

  Great location for food and entertainment. This is always our first choice for a hotel. However this time around wasnt so pleasant. No water pressure for the hot water in the tub or sink. The Windows leaked air in all night when it was completely closed which made our room freezing being 7 degrees outside. Young man at the desk didn't seem to have any sort of solution for it.

  The parking lot is so dark at night, practically no lights and terrible parking options and spaces. In my room the shower was terrible and got water all over the floor. Checking out early in the morning and couldn't find anyone to help.

  Lifelong loyal Hilton property business traveler and absolutely disappointed with my stay and experience. Unkept room, extremely outdated property inside, horrible parking situation, and hallways are dark and very unmaintained. Pool is still under repair and this location is still hiding behind the Covid excuse while extending their inability to provide house keeping services and keep the property inside maintained. No Breakfast vouchers and unfortunately the juice wasn't worth the squeeze (oatmeal was 3/4 water). Stay was Mon-Thurs and front desk morning manager was immediately confrontational on Wednesday morning when I requested house keeping services and stated nobody is providing housekeeping which is obviously not the case. Appears this location markets primarily to the adjoining casino and not targeted for family or business travel. My first post ever critiquing a Hilton property, otherwise love their properties and always my top choice.
