::So far I purchased a Groupon therefore I was kind of stuck paying additional shipping cost which they fail to mention; should've done my research. Second mistake I made was ordered the personalized beer mug thinking I would receive it on time. As of yet I have not heard anything from the company and when I check the order status only shows that I paid for First Class shipping and item is still in production. Sadly this will be my last time ordering from Monogram Online I rather spent a bit more and order from Etsy. I placed a personalized item the day after this order and I received my order 3 days ago. I ordered this item for a gift exchange and sadly I will not have it in time. Also it sucks that I can't return it since it's personalized. Very disappointed.

::I ordered 2 leather journals thru groupon that are suppose to be monogramed by this company. I followed the instructions on groupon, and also on this website and had difficulty placing the order. I emailed the customer service dept and after a few emails back and fourth , the person finally said she did not know what to do to help me place my order. I asked for a phone number, which she gave me, and I have called it 7 times, and no one has answered or returned my message. Very frustrating!!!

::TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Iordered a necklace with the 16 inch option. They sent me the 18 inch option and I told them I wanted the right one sent to me at no additional cost as the mistake was on their end, not mine, and they said I could either send it back on my dime or they would send me another chain that I would have to take to a jeweler and have them fix it that I would have to again pay for and take time out of my day. This is wrong on all levels as the mistake is on their end, they should make this right immediately! Be careful what you order because you may not get what you ordered and have to pay again to make it right.
