  Awesome place. Came in to get a diamond ring of mine that was loose on its setting tightened. The owner looked at it and recommended a second opinion. I waited ~15 min for the settings expert to show. He looked at it and was told that the Diamond, although seated and tightened properly, required further tightening along the lower half of the prongs. I was allowed to watch while he worked on it. Was very patient and careful as to not scratch the diamond or the ring itself. ~5-10 min later, he was done. The diamond no longer moved on its setting. I was very pleased with the work and will definitely recommend anyone looking to buy jewelry or need repairs to head over to this location. They are honest and will receive their undivided attention.
