::My first time ordering from here, but the food wasn't good, and the customer service was poor. I ordered delivery at like 8:30pm, and it took an hour and a half (quoted at 35 minutes). The hot food was cold, they made a mistake on my order, and then they refused to correct the mistake of charging me for an item that I was not given.

::Dark environment they could be a bit nicer and more warming to everybody including brown people that come in there and not so snooty but great food Kudos and hats off to the chef's, its the front desk that need to be a little nicer and not so grumpy but still an okay place, wish that the turn style for the sushi was still working but hey you got to get what you can get. No parking. Can call in to place an order for pick up.

::The nigiris are great. Particularly the salmon toro and hamachi Toro were very fresh. Clean organized interior, plenty of space.

::Whoa. This place has really gone down hill. When I first went here they had a cool conveyor belt with lots of sushi yummies on different colored plates that denoted the different prices. Their selection was fresh and tasty and it was a fun experience. This last time I went I took a friend and I ended up super embarrassed. This place is dirty, it smells, it's messy and the fish was obviously old. I don't recommend going here. I was worried about getting sick from bad fish. I hope one day it's restored to it's former glory.
