  I had to wait a few times when I went there, but free soap during the week days is nice!!

  You have to wash and dry there. You cannot simply dry. Its dumb

  The worst customer service I have experienced. They're rude, unprofessional and completely unreliable. Not to mention they destroy your clothes and dismiss you as a customer. I thought the problem was the location near me but after contacting the office, I really this is just a terrible company. If I could give it ZERO star I'd do it, that's what they really deserve.
