  I purchased the cricut explore air 2 from this michaels location last week for $249.00 I just opened the box only to find out it was missing the cricut design space software, the blade, the “100+ free images”, the cutting pen, it didn’t even have an instructions Manuel and it was the wrong color and when I spoke to the manager, Tyler all he had to say was he can’t exchange it and he had a smart elic tone and kept saying I’m sorry, like it was a joke.. I worked hard for that 250 dollars.. the jokes on you Tyler because me and none of my family will be back to that store.

  Great service today Michaels on Nicholasville Road in Lexington,KY salesgirl was so helpful to find me special ornaments I needed to complete a task given to me by my company Santa. ... Thank You
