::Not a good experience. The valet guys and bellhops were brilliant. The room and hotel in general is very dated and in desperate need of a complete makeover. The rooms were filthy and poorly maintained. A very rude waiter at the restaurant downstairs refused to serve us non happy hour drinks (after blatantly serving other guests with the same) - we had children in our group. Assured all costs covered up front. On leaving we are charged for parking. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but left after one. Much better quality available throughout Miami

::We were really excited to go there. We thought we got a good deal, but we noticed itโs a catch. Before making any type of reservations call them an ask them questions such as fee for canceling reservations and fee for valet parking. I am really sure there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance with better views. I donโt think I will be staying there again. I will get back with every detail, I will be very picky!!

::The a Miami Beach Resort & Spa is phenomenal. This is a great place to host your venue and be amongst a great staff that is commited to customer service. Valet Service could be better but the price is better than public parking. The beach is only a few steps away. I totally recommend the Miami Beach Resort & Spa.

::Hotel was very nice and significantly cheaper than other options in the area. Walking distance to LIV if that's something you're into. Also right along the beach which was very convenient. Rooms were okay, but nothing special and could use some more blankets. We never asked the front desk about getting more blankets so that could be our fault.

::Itโs hard for me to leave this hotel only 3 stars. The location is absolutely amazing as is the lobby but the rooms need a major makeover! Baseboards are completely rotting, carpet is stained, lack of proper lighting in the room, windows were dirty and the mattresses are old. I can go on and on about the rooms and what they lack but i think you get the picture. Note to management: please update the rooms! The hotel has so much potential. Also, having someplace to hangout outside in the evening would be nice. The pool area isnโt very welcoming after dark.
