  Great and clean room. Very nice and helpful staff. 3 beautiful pools and its right off the beach. The only negative i would say is that the windows to our room wasn't clean so although we had a view of the ocean we couldn't really see it.

  We recently stayed a weekend at the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami. Our stay was very enjoyable. The view was spectacular, the service and staff was amazing. We had the cutest waitress named Viviana who knew us by name and recommended the best drinks. Viviana was always smiling so friendly and energetic. We were sad to leave. We are looking forward to going back! Thank you Eden Roc and Thank You Viviana for making our trip one to remember! The Torres Family!

  Always have the best service from check in to check out. Viviana Acosta was the sweetest and the most attentive young lady . Great service , loved loved loved her! I literally can't stay anywhere else. Maybe when I come back She can party with me!

  Stunning views from beautiful balconies, or your beds, overlooking prime Miami Beach. The staff is on point with any problems that may occur big or small. You know where your at, so bring deep pockets full of cash. Looking for the corner store is a bit of a walk but not hard to find. All and all a fantastic getaway, and corporate friendly.
