  They over charged us with stuff that we didn't know about and we had to call the day after we checked out to straighten things out. It seemed very shady and dishonest. It took about 15 minutes to get to talk to a real person instead of the machine. It was very frustrating. Luckily the representative was very helpful. We are still waiting to see if those additional charges will get refunded.
