  Flat out lied to us about what we would be receiving. Extremely pushy then became unprofessional and disrespectful when we didn’t want to upgrade and spend $12,000 to get a vacation that is not available although they promised us our dream location with our dream room. They then stated that there’s no way to get out of this. There’s massive hidden fees and no one there is willing to help. How is this place still a business? They also stated they are 5 star rated as well as triple star BBB. Apparently that is false.

  The record needs to be set straight for this company. Starpoint Resort group is doing business as Sapphire Resort group. They can call themselves whatever they want but honestly these are the biggest scam artist in Vegas. No Casino will ever take you for as much money as these people will. Don't let them entice you with free stuff coming off the boulevard, don't let them take you to the second floor of the Jockey Club and especially don't let them give you their Spiel for buying their timeshares. There is nothing good to come a following anyone back there this is a warning do not do as I did. I have suggested to have this company renamed in Google to its current name of sapphire in case anyone reads this in the future and only sees Starpoint.

  we've had this timeshare for few years now and we have NEVER been able to book anything!!!! either it's booked or you don't have enough points. We were also told we can sell our timeshare back and that's also a lie. Don't get fooled into buying it.

  If I could give Starpoint Resorts a 0 star I would!!! BEWARE of this company!!! We are owners who purchased a few years ago and were promised free stays every year at the Jockey Club if we purchased a timeshare and now we have to pay like everyone else to stay there. Also all of their resorts are old and dirty. The only way to stay somewhere halfway decent is if you use the connection through RCI resorts. So not worth the $$$$$ and aggravation. Also when you go to their "owner education" sessions they just try to pressure you into buying more points- and then the next year they raise the points to stay at each resort so you have to spend extra $$$$ to stay there anyway!!! STAY AWAY from this company. They have changed their name 3 times in 4 Years because they are being sued all over the place!!!!!

  ZERO STARS!! They are bandits and are pros at getting people to part with their money for these "dreams" that are impossible and mostly don't even exist. And to make things worse, their sales people are trained from the Republicans (TEEHEE!!), down right LIARS. Don't fall for any of it and shame on me for getting sucked in!! It cost me thousands more dollars to hire attorneys to get out of it as when you buy, you buy into the devil for life!! RUN FAST!!! They offer NOTHING that is worth your money. Look at their properties!! You can rent them for cheaper than your fees pay for. BANDITS!!
