::I came into get a new phone activated. While I was there I purchased a case for the phone. I was the last customer in the building. I walked out to my car and I decided I wanted to try another case and walked back in. The customer service rep with the cleft palette (check spelling) told me they were closing and he had just thrown away my receipt and case packaging so I could not exchange the item. I told him you just put it in the trash 2 minutes ago, you can’t grab it as it’s on the top. He stared at me blank faces and stupid and said he could not. This is ridiculous customer service as my exchange would have only taken a few minutes. This is a ghetto store with at least one lackluster employee who knows nothing of business & customer service. Go somewhere else if you want good service. Everyone knows there’s a million metro pcs stores to choose from.

::It's small they don't seem to instill much confidence with Thier limited knowledge. Save your time and go to the main store because they can't do much at this location and you will be directed to the main store anyway. Very disappointed in Metro PCS services. If you need help your referred to call 611 good luck with the people there that are very hard to understand and are reading from a printed script. I've tried for 3 months to get credit for a service I sucribed to and it has never worked I'm told the same thing with every call to follow directions which I'm unable to understand the "English" spoken is very bad. I have no idea what country these people are in. I'm now looking for a better provider.
